When it comes down to it, just like in the "real world" there can be no single point of view.  If there were, then we would become just as stagnant as the Seelies. And stagnation, in the end, leads ta more Banality than any mortal could. Chew on that for a bit...you know I'm right.

The important thing to know is this: all unseelie have thier own unique view on the world. However,  like any other thought or idea, this can change...with a new emotion, new experience, or whatever.  And sometimes will change...several times a day.

The following is scattered thoughts of several of the more well-known Unseelie from the Ravenmane Court:

The Seelies are the fae who are very much into Tradition and Honor and all of those other high handed beliefs. The Unseelie are...the more practical ;)
To be Unseelie means going against the grain, choosing the path less followed, going where your heart leads you...and not your sense of duty or obligation.

--- Kerrgon, The self proclaimed "Lord of Nightmares"

Being Unseelie? Heh! Why, it means if ya don't like the way things are, change 'em. And if ya like the way they are, chances are someone else don't, and they'll change it for ya.

--- "Dark" Lugon, troll wilder

The question is whats in it for me to give you this info?

--- Kyp Ruathe, Unseelie Eshu Baron

Unseelie? The way I was taught, it means change. Change o' thought, change o' heart. Fer better or fer worse, there's gotta be change. If ya stop changin', then yer dead. Period, end of story.
Way I see it, that's pretty much th' truth o' the matter...tho I havetae admit, I sure as Hades don't mind some folks stayin' the same. Makes em predictable. And predictable makes em easy ta beat.

--- DePhroge, self proclaimed "Mistress of the Court of Shadows"

well....bein' unseelie is a lot of fun....we go on picnics in the countryside, we buy cotton candy at the carnival, and we all say "weeeeeee!" on the rollercoaster.

--- Beaersidhe, Trapdoor Master

Why should a Kinain bother wit' courts an' such? I'll be telin' ye... tis much like tha Triat o' me people... there be a balance. Tha Unseelie jus' make sure tha' things dinnae get too stagnant.

Smeg off... it be none o yer fookin' business.

--- Duke McDonough -- on a bad hairball day
